OUR APPROACH

From First Contact to Completion, With One Dedicated Point of Contact.

Conditions for transporting and installing heavy objects, renewing mechanical equipment, demolition, crane work, etc. vary depending on the site. At Hisatec, we not only listen to your requests, but also confirm the delivery route, building conditions, surrounding environment, working hours, and safety measures, and then formulate a workable method.

Even if you do not have official drawings or specifications, please contact us with as much information as possible. The person in charge will organize and guide you through the necessary confirmation items.

01

What HISATECH confirms

  • Site dimensions, steps, obstacles, flow lines
  • Possible placement range for cranes and vehicles
  • The need for curing, temporary construction, and traffic guidance
  • Safety measures and consideration for neighbors and facility users

The schedule for the on-site inspection will be adjusted in consideration of the customer's operating status.

04

Based on the survey results, we will consider construction methods, equipment, personnel, safety measures, and processes. We will provide you with a quote that explains the contents and costs.

Contents of proposal

  • Scope of work and construction method
  • Cranes, vehicles, and equipment used
  • Estimated process and working time
  • Costs, prerequisites, and exclusions

If there are any changes or additional requests to the conditions, we will reconfirm the contents and make adjustments.

05

After confirming the construction details, price, schedule, and division of roles, we will officially place the order after reaching an agreement. We will not proceed with any questions you may have.

Final confirmation before ordering

  • Work scope and responsibility classification
  • Supplied items, loaned items, customer arrangements
  • Process, working time, facility downtime
  • Payment terms and required documents
06
