It was shirring. Western Service helped us with the crane. Although the dismantling method was different from what I had expected, CM's Engineering Co., Ltd. did a great job of disassembling it ^_^ It was able to be removed very smoothly. thank you. Thank you to everyone.

We worked on a site that was perfect for a 35t rough terrain crane. It went in perfectly in one shot! The 0.25 Yumbo (backhoe) was raised at the beginning of the month, the demolition work progressed, and the work was to lower the Yumbo. This time, we received help from Tanaka Heavy Equipment Industry. Thank you as always.

That's what I mean when I say it can be loaded with a fork! ? , No, that's not right, tell Kazuko Transport that it's impossible! I managed to load one unit with Unic, but the other one is heavier! What's more, I had heard about 20-foot dry containers, but when I was setting up the container trolley for the 20-foot container size I had made, it wouldn't fit! Plus, I didn't hear about taking it out of the building lol lol I had two forks, so that was a good thing. I was beaten. Apparently the customer directly above me wasn't shown anything either. After all, you should not work with someone who cannot confirm the details. I learned a lot too. I left, wondering what would happen to the person loading the truck if it was damaged so much.^_^

For the second time on Saturday, I went to the site that had been cleared in the morning to participate. The machines were working, and it was extremely hot. Everyone did their best despite the heat ^_^And we were so disappointed that we were ahead of schedule. Thank you everyone. I almost fell over, but it was fun lol thank you.

The electrical panel was brought in. It's been a while since I've been there, so I didn't take many pictures lol I went up the stairs to the height full of Uniques (a mistake in my calculations lol), and I set the height of the stage to the entrance of the door at the landing, and thought I'd be able to catch it with my hand (also a mistake in my calculations), but I ended up getting it in with a roll lol Once I entered the door, I put it on a 3t long hand and went through the passage to the next gate. There will be a hurdle around 220H, which you will overcome by switching from a 3t long hand to a 1.5t small hand. After crossing it, it turns 90 degrees, and next there are three Φ65 pipes lying side by side. This was accomplished by putting a roller on top of the hand and the van and rolling it from hand to hand. Once you cross it, a platform will appear. The height of the pedestal installed earlier is 500H. This time, how about a short high hand lift that lifts 450H with 1t? I changed hands from the side and put it in the other way (well, I thought it would turn lol), so I turned it 180 degrees at the last minute. Then, I jacked it up with my high hand, and since it is 500H, it will arrive once I receive it ^ ^ Then, since it will exceed the height of the pedestal, I slide it vertically with a roller from side to side and into position. Then, raise it a little with the crowbar, bring the roller to the middle, take turns pulling it out, and land. When all that was left was to show the level, I was relieved of my role and was sent elsewhere. I enjoyed it. Now, how many hand lifts did you use to insert one board? Lol lol It was a hand lift festival ^ ^ And thank you very much for cleaning up and coming home ^ ^

The blue walkie lift has a maximum load of 900kg and can be used for indoor transportation where lifting height is required. The red and black machines are electric hand lifts with a maximum load of 1.5t, and are used differently depending on the purpose and load.

This is an example of using the crab crane that was being used at the time to replace the painting machine. We confirmed the dimensions and delivery route in advance, and completed the installation without building gates. At Arita Kogyo's site, we are helping Niyama Crane with the construction of a 25R wooden structure. The width was less than 10m and the depth was 50m, but they had to do the foundation work on the back half first, then move on to the front. At Matsumoto Sangyo's site, we were helped by Sanwa Crane's rare 65t all-terrain crane. It is a Liebherr machine called LTM1065NX-2. It is a machine that can be expected to perform in the 100t class depending on how it is used^ ^This signboard weighed about 5t, which was lighter than expected^ ^Thank you as always, everyone.

They installed a signboard for a 100t rough terrain crane. We asked Hakko Corporation to take on the challenge. Thank you! I made something really cool! As for the painting, Maruei Painting worked very hard and did an amazing job. I had Maruei Painting do some amazing painting in Nara. And we had Hakko Corporation make a wonderful signboard. I am very grateful to all of you. There is still some bodywork left, but let's call it complete for now. Thanks to everyone, we were able to create a very beautiful 100t rough terrain crane. thank you!

I was able to operate the 100t rough terrain crane, too lol. This child's operator had gone to the site, so I learned how to use the crane computer for the first time in a long time in order to receive the containers my colleagues brought in. When I attached the sign, I lowered the jib that was holding it next to it, and started by raising it from the bottom to the side. I researched how to store the jib and was able to do it properly ^ ^ Then, I set it up for work and was able to hang the container as well ^ ^ There were tools inside, so it was heavy lol I was able to hang it at 100 tons lol Also, a light truck also came to the garage, so we had a matching design, so it was a lot of laughter ^ ^ We were able to do this because everyone was around us. I'll do my best, so let's all move forward together ^ ^ Thank you for your support.
